April 17

Shocked, stunned, wordless.

As a runner, as a Boston native, as an American.

Praying for Boston. Wordless.

Well said. I'm choosing to focus on the hope and goodness of humanity instead of the sadness...

I love Boston. It's a great and very beautiful city. Since I live in the NYC metro area, I have lived in the shadow of terrorism and I know how horrible it is. My heart goes out to everyone in Boston.

Hi everyone! With this weeks photo I am ending a series on a trip to the cute little fishing port town of Chioggia in Italy.

You are very welcome to check out some gorgeous photos from this town just next to Venice:

We are all horrified and pray for the victims of another terrorist attack, meant to cower us and destroy our nation from the inside.
We will not submit.

My Tuesday post was so late going up I'm counting for Wordless Wednesday this week, so alas, I'm not entirely Wordless!

I took a moment of silence and have been sending non-stop prayer to Boston, it is one of my favorite cities and the coverage is making memories of 09/11 just flood back into my mind!

Thanks for hosting my favorite linky, I linked up again this week!

Wishing you all happy signs of Spring to plant the seeds of hope in all of our hearts!

It's tragic for America, and must be especially painful for someone who calls Boston home.

My heart is heavy over the tragic events in Boston. I am also a runner and have run Boston twice. It is an incredible experience! So sad that the evil of this world has marred this joyous event.
